Geneva, NY Hobart and William Smith Colleges will bring the band Everything to the Smith Opera House for a performance at 8 p.m. on Friday, March 5. Everything is probably best known for its current releases Hooch and Good Thing. Hooch was recently featured in the Adam Sandler film The Waterboy. The opening band will be HWS favorite, Jumbalya. General admission is $10, $5 for HWS community, and seniors get in free! Tickets are available at The College Store on St. Clair Street.

Everything has been described as the rarest of musical things that elusive totally new sound in an industry frequently restrained by categories. Everything takes listeners back to what music really is a feeling; an expression. Their newest CD, Super Natural, was released in March, 1998.

The band includes Nate Brown, Wolfe Quinn, Rich Bradley, David Slankard, Steve VanDam, and Craig Honeycutt six professionally trained musicians who met and formed the group while students at James Madison University. They have been performing together for eight years, released a full-length feature home video, Easy Livin', in 1996, and have been busy with a CD-ROM promotion for their successful Internet tour (a medium they jumped on right from the start visit their website at http:\www.ecolon.com). Their previous CD releases include Sol id (1993), Labrador (1994), and a self-titled 1996 release that was nominated for Best Rock Album by the National Association of Independent Record Distributors. Everything is co-managed by Hobart alumnus Jon Bradner '97.
