Geneva, NY Joe Zoske will discuss Well-Being and Masculine Identity: A Lifelong Challenge at 8 p.m., Wednesday, April 8, in Albright Auditorium on the campus of Hobart and William Smith Colleges. The public is invited to attend.
Zoske is a private health care consultant specializing in men's health promotion, and a part-time faculty member at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, NY. A clinical social worker, nationally certified massage therapist, and certified couples communication specialist, he recently published Male Circumcision: A Gender Perspective in the Winter '98 issue of the Journal of Men's Studies. He's been invited to speak on this subject at England's University of Oxford this summer.
Zoske is currently pursuing a second master's degree in Community Health Administration and Wellness Promotion, and has authored an upcoming book, Fostering Men's Health & Wellness.
