Speechwriter and Policy Researcher for Lyndon B. Johnson, currently hosts the PBS show

Wattenberg has spent his career researching demographics, politics, U.S. culture and public opinion. A prolific author and syndicated columnist, his work has appeared in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and U.S. News & World Report. His book, The Real Majority, co-authored with Richard Scammon, was a best-seller. He has appeared on numerous television programs and hosts his own PBS series Think Tank, where he convenes a panel of guests to discuss current event topics including arts and entertainment, culture, science, technology, medicine and politics. He resides in Washington D.C. and has four children. His many accomplishments include:
