Student Payment Troubleshooting Tips

Are you clicking on the View Bill and Payment Options link and nothing is happening? If so, you are experiencing a pop-up blocker within your browser.

You will need to allow the Nelnet site to open as a pop-up within your browser. Below please find instructions to allow Nelnet pop-ups. Then you should be able to proceed into the Nelnet system in order to finish completing your account set-up.

You can also set up authorized parties so that they receive future e-mails when bills are sent, and they can have their own log in to view your account or make online payments. Screen shots on how to set up your account with authorized parties are available here.

If, after following these instructions, you are still having difficulty, please contact the HWS IT Services Help Desk at (315) 781-4357 between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. (4 p.m. June - August). After hours, please e-mail helpdesk@hws.edu. If you are experiencing issues setting up your account or adding an authorized party within Nelnet, please contact Nelnet customer support at (800) 609-8056.

If you have other questions regarding your account or bill, information is available at Student Accounts.
