The HWS CrossFit Club&aposs goal is to bring the sport of CrossFit to the students and faculty of these colleges. We will hold daily classes were students will come and work out under the supervision of a trained coach. Classes are held on the fifth tennis court of the field house and times are to be determined. There are no requirements or dues to join this club. You just have to work hard. Make people better, not just physically, but also healthier, smarter, more confident, and happier. All while having fun when doing it and creating a CrossFit community.
Mission Statement:Make people better, not just physically, but also healthier, smarter, more confident, and happier. All while having fun when doing it and creating a CrossFit community.
