Search Authorization Request

This form should be filled out before your department begins the hiring process.

Please email your search plan to Pat Cool. It should contain:

  1. Copies of proposed position announcement/advertisement
  2. List of publications, organizations and other resources through which the department plans to circulate the position announcement
  3. Description of steps to be taken to maximize the identification and recruitment of qualified women and minority candidates for the position.
