Strategic Plan and Divisional Goals

Students at Hobart and William Smith engage in a host of activities beyond the classroom. The Division of Campus Life strives to support students’ learning and personal growth while helping students identify and take advantage of these opportunities. We seek to continually evaluate the programs and services we offer and determine our strategic vision for the future. We have identified these five strategic goals that embody the mission statement and provide a unified vision for our staff. These goals are grounded in the mission of the division and endeavor to support the overall mission of the Colleges.

Each department is encouraged to reflect on these goals, create department and program-level learning outcomes, and ensure that the department interacts with students in a way to support these goals and the mission of the division.
