Part of their job responsibility will be to participate in weekly workshops with the Director of the Abbe Center for Jewish Life to enhance their own skills and enrich their Jewish knowledge. They will reach out to unaffiliated students, get to know them over coffee dates, keep records of their outreach and of attendance at Abbe Center/ Hillel events, and plan one program for the Abbe Center/Hillel that meets the needs and fits the interests of at least some of the "engagees."
