Tuition assistance is provided to active, benefits-eligible employees and, to a varying degree, their legal dependents to obtain one's first baccalaureate degree. This policy applies to regulary full-time, benefits-eligible faculty and non-union administrative staff. Union benefits are governed by the Union contract.
