Help Desk Hours
Information Technology Services staff members are available to help with problems Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., or by special arrangement. The Help Desk is located in the Library on the first floor in the Rosensweig Learning Commons.
The Help Desk remains open with student staff the following hours:
Remote Desktop Support
The Help Desk staff members may offer assistance through remote desktop support. Please follow the link to the support portal, Remote Desktop Support, when requested by a technician.
Digital Learning Center Hours
Digital Learning Team staff members are available from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, in the Digital Resource Center located in the Library on the first floor in the Rosensweig Learning Commons. Staff members may also be contacted at ext. 4420 or by e-mail at DLC@hws.edu.
General IT Emergency
Contact the Help Desk, by phone, (315) 781-4357 (ext. 4357), during the above hours to have someone dispatched immediately.
The IT Services on-call number for after-hours or urgent emergency support is available on the Help Desk voice mail message, or directly at (315) 781-4444.
Classroom and Event Support: Emergency
Classroom and Event Support staff members are on call to help with issues, such as missing or broken equipment, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., or by special arrangement.
In some cases, the Classroom and Event Support staff will provide an on-call number for after-hours emergency support.
