Attorney Terrance "Terry" Miller '69 recently published an update to the non-fiction book, "Products Liability Depositions," a ready resource for legal doctrines across the 50 states that are often applicable in product liability cases. The book serves as a legal guide for establishing a solid case that is helpful for a variety of lawyers, featuring sample depositions from past legal battles that illustrate practical applications of the methodologies.
In his work, Miller draws upon his 35+ years of both trial and appellate experience to write this latest edition. As an attorney, he has served clients at a national level and has tried cases in 13 states, involving industries as varied as motor vehicles, industrial machinery, pharmaceuticals and consumer products. His approach and focus on ways attorneys might consider preparing diligent and focused depositions is said to be both thorough and thoughtful.
