The Faculty Advisory Board provides the Center for Teaching and Learning with direction and guidance, identifies issues of importance to the faculty for CTL attention, and reviews programming assessment. In addition, the Faculty Advisory Board assists with the development of resources and programs to support faculty throughout the career stages.

The Student Advisory Board provides the Center for Teaching and Learning with student perspectives on needs and expectations at HWS. Members of the Student Advisory Board play an integral role in shaping and assessing the services for students offered by the CTL.
