If hired at the Sport & Recreation Center, I understand that I am responsible for working all of my scheduled shifts, as well as (arriving promptly) being on time for those shifts.  If for some reason I am unable to work, it is my responsibility to find a sub to cover the shift.

Availability Information:

Please check the box next to any time slots you are available to work. The more times that you give, the better your chances of receiving more hours. You need to allow some flexibility with the schedule - if you only give the 1 or 2 slots that work best for you, you may not end up with any hours. ALSO, if you have a class that ends 10 minutes after the start of your shift, DO NOT sign up for that shift. All shifts must be covered on time!
