Global Perspectives House


To promote studying abroad as a means of enriching and complimenting education at HWS, by holding events that draw attention to the HWS abroad programs. Creating a collective of students who are either going abroad or returning from a semester abroad, strengthening the efforts of the entire experience.

The building is home to 6 students, who have access to a living room and full kitchen. Each room is equipped with full telephone, cable and Internet access. Laundry facilities can be accessed in Jackson-Potter-Rees (JPR).

Residence Requirements

  • Studying abroad in the 2010-2011 academic school year.
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA or higher.
  • Members who will not be on campus both semesters are responsible for finding a co-signer.

Window Treatment: Pull-down Shades (white)

Bed style: Standard twin. Students over 6'3" may request extra long beds.
