Emergency Services House

Purpose

To be used for both general residency and an operational base for student-responders associated with the HWS EMS program, with an emphasis on community engagement and outreach.

The building is home to 10 students. Each room is equipped with full telephone, cable and Internet access.

Residence Requirements

  • Applicants must be an active member or Hobart and William Smith Emergency Medical Service, and maintain an interest in community service through emergency services: (EMS, Fire/Rescue, Law Enforcement, Sports Medicine, etc.).
  • Must maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  • Residents must be in good academic and social standing.
