HEALTH REQUIREMENTS & IMPORTANT FORMS

Our clinical and support staff at Hubbs Health Center are committed to guide you with your journey of health & wellness during your years here at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. As per NYS law and Hobart and Williams Smith Colleges policy, certain health requirements must be completed prior to the start of classes for all first year or new incoming students. The following requirements will need to be complete by July 10th 2017. If you have any questions please contact Hubbs at 315-781-3600.

The Health Requirement Checklist will guide you through the process of completing your HWS College health requirements. Please print a copy and read all the directions carefully to be sure you have completed each step in its entirety.

Student Health Portal
You must register for your Student Health Portal using your HWS College username (ex.: AB1234). If you have trouble with registering please contact Tammy at Hubbs Health Center at 315-781-3600, or gentner@hws.edu.

2016-2017 Student Health Insurance
Full time domestic student who would like to enroll in the Student Health Insurance Plan must submit a decision form at https://www.gallagherstudent.com/hws and indicate they want to OPT-IN to the coverage. Unlike prior years, STUDENTS WILL NO LONGER BE AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED FOR THE STUDENT HEALTH INSURANCE.

All international students are automatically enrolled in an insurance plan with United Healthcare through HWS Colleges.
