GRADE REPORTING FOR SENIORS AND GRAD STUDENTS

Grades for graduating Seniors and MAT students are due to the Registrar by Tuesday, May 13th in order to finalize GPA calculations, compile the information and data necessary for the faculty to vote on degrees and determine Latin Praise.  All senior grades must be processed by this deadline. The faculty vote list will be based on all grades submitted to the Registrar by Tuesday, May 13th. The Commencement Program will be printed on Wednesday, May 14th.

If the exam schedule does not allow you to meet this deadline, you may arrange any alternate procedure which seems appropriate in order to evaluate the seniors by this time.

All grades should be submitted on-line via Faculty Web Services.  Online grade submissions will be available beginning Saturday, May10th.  (If you choose to use the hard copy grade roster forms, you may pick the rosters up in the Registrar’s Office on May 8th or 9th.)

All senior grades must be submitted by Tuesday May 13th in order to finalize GPA calculations, compile information needed for faculty vote and determine Latin Praise.

An instructor may substitute a take-home final exam for the written final exam or some other suitable method of determining a student’s final grade in the course. When this option is exercised, work done in lieu of a written exam is due at the time of the scheduled final exam. In the case where a course does not include a final examination, the scheduled exam period, or a part of it, is to be used for a last class meeting.
