The Psychology Department welcomes the addition of two new department members, Professor Daniel Graham and Professor Emily Fisher. Professor Graham recently published a study of aesthetic response in Alzheimer's disease. Professor Fisher teaches courses in social psychology with particular interest in political psychology. Professor Ashdown presented research with four HWS psychology students at the Society for Cross-Cultural Research. Professor Ashdown, Professor Greenspon and Professor Rizzella each supervised individual honors projects in which their students will present at the upcoming senior symposium. Professor Dyrenforth supervised an independent study in which her student will also present at the senior symposium. Professor Bodenlos published two journal articles with students and presented research at several conferences with students. Professor Kingery and her students presented research at the Society for Research on Adolescence and the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies. Professor Kingery also published a journal article with three William Smith students. Finally, we extend our hearty congratulations to Professor Kingery who just received tenure and promotion to associate professor.
