The Student Event Staff will be made up of a group of students who will be responsible for providing assistance with the set-up and tear-down of student organizations' events. The successful candidate will be a part of an on-call system and will be required to attend weekly meetings where the student staff and their supervisor will discuss their job assignments for the week. Duties may include basic tasks such as: setting up tables/chairs on location; bringing materials to venues; performing sound checks and providing basic technical support throughout an event; assisting in the clean-up and tear-down of events.

Special Skills Needed:

Knowledge of sound system and technical aspects for the production of small events on campus is preferred. However, this is not required as there will be training for any and all new staff members.
