Responsibilities:

The busy Office of Stewardship and Parent Relations is seeking a fellow to perform a variety of administrative tasks during the Fall 2013 semester. The Stewardship/Parent Relations Fellow will assist in the writing of scholarship and internship biographies for reports that are mailed to donors, post information in the Raiser's Edge database, and prepare for and staff events that the office supports such as Homecoming and Family Weekend and Parents Executive Committee meetings. This individual will also answer phones, prepare mailings, file documents and perform scanning and printing using a Xerox MFD.

Special Skills Needed:

Must have documented writing success as well as an excellentcommand of the Microsoft Office Suite. A working knowledge of Raiser's Edge is helpful. Should have access to reliable transportation downtown.
