The Executive Steering Committee is responsible for making recommendations to the President and Board of Trustees for high-level decisions such as the selection of an implementation partner and funding allocations. They will also provide leadership in directing the initiative to align with the Colleges' overall mission and goals, approve the recommendations of the Operations Committee, and resolve conflicts during the project.
