Regina Triplett voyaged from Geneva, New York, to Geneva, Switzerland, this summer as the recipient of the Charles H. Salisbury Summer International Internship Stipend Award. Regina interned with the Patrik Vuilleumier Research Group in the Behavioral Neurology and Imaging of Cognition Laboratory at the University of Geneva. She is a biology major and a cognition, logic & language minor. While intering in Switzerland, she assisted with neurological research using Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging. This is a new and noninvasive brain-mapping technology that uses elevated blood-oxygen levels to pinpoint specific regions in the brain that are activated during certain tasks.

We are very honored to present Dan DeNose and Regina Triplett.
