Summary (what you get):
IT Services can perform parts replacements on Lenovo and Apple computers covered by a warranty in the case of part failure.
- Diagnostic testing (may be for any computer)
- Data backup
- Operating system reinstallation (if needed on warranted systems)
What is Not Included:
Failure due to accidental damage not covered by warranty may be covered by separate insurance, if purchased, or performed as fee-for-service work.
