Summary (what you get):

IT Services can clean up virus, spyware, or other unwanted software infections or, if infection is too great, reinstall system software.

This service is only provided for students' personally owned computers; we are unable to support faculty/staff personally owned computers at this time. HWS-owned computers are serviced without charge.

  • Malicious software removal
  • Software updates
  • Optimization and cleanup

When Customer Receives It:

Clean up usually takes one to three working days.
