Classroom and Event Support staff will support equipment set up and servicing, but they are not responsible for picking up media from the library and/or facilitating media showings in a class.
Technology-enhanced classrooms have built-in VHS and DVD display capabilities, and do not require set-up by Classroom and Event Support staff members.
All media reservations are scheduled through the Film Booking Services office in the library, filmbook@hws.edu, (http://library.hws.edu/filmbook.asp), two weeks prior to the show date, unless you own the media or have acquired it elsewhere.
The classroom and event support service level agreement, detailing these services, is available under Policies.
Requests for this service may be made at the Help Desk in the library, by e-mailing helpdesk@hws.edu or the online request form.
