IT Services can reinstall operating system and related software for Windows and Macintosh computers.
This service is only provided for students' personally owned computers; we are unable to support faculty/staff personally owned computers at this time. HWS-owned computers are serviced without charge.
Please refer to the price list.
Reinstallation usually takes one to three working days.
Requests for this service may be made at the Help Desk in the library, by e-mailing helpdesk@hws.edu or the online request form.
