Students, faculty and staff are offered storage space on the network for files that need to be secure, accessible to multiple people, and backed up regularly.
Requests for recovery of lost data can be made to the Help Desk. Please include your username, file names, and last time data was known to be good. Report lost data as soon as possible to insure full recovery. You may also submit a service request to request the restoration of deleted or corrupted files.
Files stored on the network are backed up daily (starting at 7:00 PM). Daily and weekly backups are kept for three months and quarterly backups are kept for three years.
