IT Services provides course-integrated, customized workshops during class sessions to foster the effective integration of technology in the curriculum.
Technology training can be provided in the manner that best suits class needs:
Example topics include (but are not limited to): introduction to podcasting using GarageBand, digital storytelling with iMovie, building course wikis, fostering group work with wikis, integrating discussion boards, and graphing data effectively with Excel.
As appropriate, digital learning team members collaborate with research and instruction librarians as well as the Center for Teaching and Learning to offer coordinated support of curricular projects.
Please make an appointment with the Digital Learning Team.
Digital Learning staff members do not teach or lead a course in the absence of the faculty member.
Curricular design support is also available. Specific support is available for faculty who are teaching a first-year seminar.
