Customer Satisfaction Index Rollout

On October 1, IT Services began using the HDI Customer Satisfaction Index to facilitate feedback from the campus community about the services provided. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) will facilitate receiving feedback, as shared by their campus constituents as well as providing IT Services with benchmark data against other IT Service providers in Higher Education.

CSI will provide this opportunity in the form of a survey that will be sent out immediately following the closure of a work order. No one person will receive more than one survey request per month, regardless of the number of work orders they submit.

Below you will find samples of what the survey invitation will look like, as well as the survey itself. You will notice HDI refers to work orders as incidents based on industry standard vocabulary. While individuals will be required to click the survey link, HDI will never ask for login information from participants to take the survey.
