Muslim Student Center Opening Ceremony

On Friday, Feb. 15, the opening ceremony of the Muslim Student Center will take place at 5 p.m. in Carr McGuire House.

All members of the campus community are invited. Shoes should be removed upon entering the prayer space.

There will be a procession from the Substance Free House to the Muslim Student Center after a presentation on social media and the Muslim world by speaker Oz Sultan at 3 p.m. in Carr McGuire House. Sultan was previously serving as the social media director for Park51, known as the Ground Zero Mosque.
