Why did you choose Hobart and William Smith Colleges? It "clicked" when I visited campus (despite the fact that the visit was in January!). Even in January the campus was beautiful and everyone I met was friendly and helpful.

How do you stay connected to the Colleges? Boston Alumni Club events, reading Wavelengths e-newsletter, connecting with classmates on Facebook.

What makes the Colleges special? The coordinate education system supporting unique opportunities for men and women, while providing an integrated campus and classroom environment.

Why do you give back to HWS? I give back because I want it to be even better than when I went there and continue to provide excellent opportunities for personal and educational growth for the next generation of students.

What are your goals as a Regional Network volunteer? Leverage my regional location to support the Colleges’ efforts to maintain and encourage new connections between alums and the Colleges.

What advice would you give to an incoming or current HWS student? Follow your heart and try different classes and programming that interest you, work hard/play hard, and take advantage of all that HWS has to offer including the many extracurricular and community service oriented options that exist!
