Bus, Train and Airport Shuttle Information

Airport Shuttle Service for Hobart and William Smith College students for Rochester and Syracuse is available through Finger Lakes Limo Service (315) 789-7272 or (888)-252-1768. Holiday Break Airport Shuttles scheduled specifically for the Hobart and William Smith College students are available through Finger Lakes Limo Service at a special rate of $39.95 one way to and from the Rochester Airport only.

Students must sign up for the Hobart and William Smith Colleges designated Holiday Break Shuttles by the following dates:

October 1st for fall break;
November 11th for Thanksgiving break;
December 9th for Winter Break;
March 2nd for Spring Break

*All of the seats for the bus are now full, but there are potential plans for a second Thanksgiving bus to NYC.

We are looking into scheduling a second 25 passenger bus to NYC for Thanksgiving break, dependent on student responses. Please send a return email response to be added to the wait list no later than 12 noon Tuesday, November 3rd. The waitlist will be in the order of received email responses.

The following information is needed to reserve the Shuttle:

1. Name
2. ID #
3. Dorm and room number
4. Cell Phone number
5. Airline name and flight numbers
6. Flight times, arriving & departing

Train Shuttle Service for Hobart and William Smith College students is available through Finger Lakes Limo Service (315) 789-7272 or (888)-252-1768. Train service to and from the Syracuse Train Station is available for $96.00 one way.

Bus Service to New York City is coordinated through the Student Activities Office (315) 781-3512. Student Activities Office will provide information on the purchasing of bus tickets, dates and locations.
