Monday, May 27 (arrive Santiago de Chile, transfer, arrive Mendoza around mid-day)

Check-in to Executive Hotel, Park Suites in Mendoza
Wine tour at Bodega Norton - This involves sampling from the fermentation tank, the French oak barrels (where the wine is kept prior to bottling) and from a final bottle, to be able to compare the taste at the different stages of the winemaking process
