You can apply to Hobart and William Smith for transfer admission using the Common Application. You may apply electronically using, or you can download the forms and submit them via the mail. When you submit the electronic version, we will waive the $45 application fee.
Once you have submitted your application, we will send a confirmation to you. In addition, shortly after you apply you will receive a username and password with instructions that will allow you to see whether all of your required application materials have been received.

In addition to your application, other materials are required including the College Official’s Report (with a transcript) and a College Instructor Evaluation. You can download those forms at the Common Application site, or you can download them here.
