FIVE ALUMS YOU SHOULD KNOW

ART AND ARCHITECTURE AT HWS

Whether you're interested in architecture, studio art or art history, the Art and Architecture Department provides students with the knowledge, tools and resources necessary for students to explore options and investigate potential careers. HWS students enjoy the benefits of small class sizes, personal attention from faculty, and a well-round curricular foundation propelled by the Colleges' distinct liberal arts education. Like all HWS students, those who choose to pursue studies through Art and Architecture will have the best of both worlds: an interdisciplinary education covering many fields and interests, and a balanced, in-depth look at a particular discipline.
