This project is an examination of the current status of the Finger Lakes Boating Museum. The purpose of uhis research is to provide recommendations for future budget allocation in marketing, operating costs, and risk management. This information will be used to provide the Board of Directors of the Finger Lakes Boating Museum with useful marketing strategies and budget allocation for the future.
