The students in Bonding with Food (CHEM-304), an upper-level chemistry course, provided information about food chemistry to the HWS and Geneva community. The two events between them sought to reach all members of the community, particularly children at the Edible Science Fair. The interactive programming was designed to engage the community in thinking about food in its roles in the kitchen (Edible Science Fair) and in our society (Public Information Campaign).
