Alumni Engagement: Boys & Girls Club of Geneva

The success of children participating in Boys & Girls Clubs of America is contingent on caring adults, family participation, and outside support. As such, a vibrant alumni relations program is integral to the staff of Boys and Girls Clubs and their ability to engage children. The mission of this project is to act as a catalyst to foster lifelong connections within the Boys & Girls Club of Geneva community. This strategic project has three primary components: data collection via personal interactions and interviews, creation of an online social network, and a written report chronicling the process.
