William Smith Soccer Shuts Out St. Lawrence

The William Smith College soccer team opened Liberty League play with 2-0 victory over St. Lawrence today on Cozzens Field on Homecoming and Family Weekend. The Herons improve to 6-2-0 overall this year, while the Saints are now 6-3-0 this season. William Smith capitalized on corner kicks for both of its goals. The Hobart College football team rushed for 404 yards and six touchdowns on its way to a 42-7 Liberty League win over the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy on Boswell Field at the Caird Center for Sports and Recreation.
